Weekly Rate Policy
1. All weekly rates must booked and paid at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.
2. This rate is not available to walk-ins.
3. Rate is based on 7-night stay, additional nights will be at regular rate. No discounts applied.
4. May pay for additional week prior to the departure of original reservation date.
5. No Refunds on early departures
6. Once booked there will be no changing of arrival date or cancellation of this reservation.
7. If the guest does not show up on the original arrival date the entire reservation will be cancelled and deposit forfeited.

* Rates are based upon single/double occupancy (maximum 4 persons/room)
* Cash (security deposit maybe required) or major credit cards accepted
* Check out time 12:00 a.m./check in time 3:00 p.m.
* Children under the age of 12 stay free of charge
* Advance deposit equal to one night's stay required to guarantee reservation unless secured by a valid credit card authorization. Notice of cancellation by 4pm date of arrival or deposit will be forfeited.
* VIP advanced deposit is required to one night stay to guarantee reservation. Notice of cancellation must be received one week (7 days) prior to the arrival date or deposit will be forfeited.
* Cribs available upon request
* Sorry, no pets, except for certified assistance animals. There will be a $150 fee charged for violation of this policy
* All rates subject to applicable taxes (currently 10%)
* Rates are subject to change without notice
A $150.00 Fee will be charged for pets and smoking in Nonsmoking Rooms.
